Our quality assessment process involves interviews; review of current practices; identifying performance objectives; reviewing data and documentation; and assessing productivity, billing practices, and information flow.
The goal is to integrate quality into all operations. We identify and define quality objectives, identify measurable KPIs, develop standards, collect necessary data, and define an action plan with ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
Education and training
We create and foster an environment for strong performance by everyone. We significantly improve lab staff skills in quality control, quality assessment, and process integration, as well as boost their professionalism and knowledge.
Ongoing review and progress checks
We are available to support and maintain goals achieved. We will evaluate reports, identify situations or trends that need corrective action, obtain documented reviews from certified professionals if needed, and recommend improvements.
